MOUNT ST HELENS, a volcano responsible for one of the deadliest eruptions in US history, is ‘recharging’, experts have warned. In 1980, the volcano situated in Washington erupted, which led to 57 deaths and $1.1bn worth of property damage after it deposited ash in 11 different states and five Canadian provinces.Now, experts are warning the volcano is becoming active after witnessing a series of tremors beneath the surface of the 2,550 metre tall volcano.
